By using the Vehicle OK app or website, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Using Vehicle OK
Vehicle OK helps operators record and manage vehicle safety checks.
You agree to use the app responsibly and only for lawful business purposes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (for example, check results and photos).
Accounts
Keep your login details secure and do not share them with others.

Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
The Free Forever plan includes up to 2 vehicles and 3 users. Paid subscriptions are billed annually and include unlimited users:
- Small Fleet: up to 20 vehicles, £45 + VAT annually.
- Growing Fleet: up to 50 vehicles, £90 + VAT annually.
- Business Fleet: up to 100 vehicles, £150 + VAT annually.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access continues until the end of the paid subscription period, unless a refund ends it earlier. Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund.
When paid access ends
When paid access ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free Forever plan, with 2 vehicles and 3 users. Only the first two vehicles remain accessible. Additional vehicle records become inaccessible but are retained for three months after the paid subscription ends. If a refund is issued, the three-month retention period starts on the refund date.
If you upgrade within those three months, retained records become accessible again, subject to the new plan’s vehicle limit. After the retention period, the additional vehicle records are deleted, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.
Data & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and the legal bases for processing. Accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to all personal data processing. Where consent is required, it is sought separately and can be withdrawn.
Optional analytics and marketing on the website require a separate choice in Cookie settings. Accepting these Terms or using the app does not turn on those optional website services.
Availability
We aim to keep Vehicle OK available at all times, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access.
Occasional maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect service.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software within Vehicle OK are owned by Mustard Software Ltd.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Liability
We will use reasonable care and skill in providing Vehicle OK. The service supports vehicle check recordkeeping; you remain responsible for carrying out appropriate vehicle inspections and for the accuracy of the information you enter.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
Subject to those protections and only to the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made. Any restriction on liability applies only where it is lawful and meets applicable requirements of fairness and reasonableness.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
When we do, the updated version will appear in the app with a new “last updated” date.
